First off I want to say this was my first time here with my husband for a very important day. The beginning to checking... in, getting on the boat and getting to parasail was great. BUT! At the end I was VERY DISAPPOINTED and MAD I brought the photographs portion and went home that night which we drove far to not having no memories what so ever in the Sd card! I tried on my laptop and at Walgreens nope still nothing. It’s like the card memories was never used. Still had full on storage! Plus it was the workers first time cause that’s what they told us. The only thing I can think how this happen is that The boy did not turn on the camera or didn’t know how to use it. For anyone wanting to by the photographs please make sure you check or have the worker whoever took the photo show you the pictures on the camera to make sure it was there before you leave! I do not want this to happen to other couples or people. CAUSE that memory went down the drain with no photos!!! It really sucks this happen to us! Overall, I want something better than the photographs refund. I want a half off parasailing next time to make up for the mistake they made. Or we won’t ever come back!read more

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Safety is the utmost concern with this organization and that's... very important. My first time slot fell on a day with choppy waters, high winds and it was cancelled due to safety and conditions. The next day was much better, perfect weather and me and my son loved the ride. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend this company. If you want to remember your experience, the photo/go pro package is great also.read more

We went parasailing and it was incredible. This was the 3rd summer my husband and I tried to plan a Parasailing trip and due to unforseen circumstances things... didn't work out. We were finally able to do it for our 22 Anniversary. This was an unforgettable Birthday gift for my daughter. She turned 11. We both suggest getting dipped in the water.... Also, If you get the option to pay for pictures and video. Do it. You will not regret it. Maddy was wonderful setting up the equipment and talking with the guest. We cannot wait to come back next summer with the whole family.read more
